Factory House: A Culinary Delight in Windsor, ON

This was my first patio dining experience since COVID hit. Our server was one of the managers, she was really great and made us all feel safe. I remember when the place was the dingy maple leaf, with sub par food. I was shocked! The food is amazing!!! I have been ordering food from here through SKIP on a weekly basis. My favorite is the steak, or mango chicken lettuce wraps. Good prices. Will order again, probably next week.. or maybe tomorrow :)

We order a Family Takeout Feature and we were impressed. The amount of food was awesome. The ribs , chicken , pasta , chicken parmesan, caesar salad with a pepperoni pizza was delicious. We had family from out of town just raving about everything. Thank you to the chef and staff for making dinner night a big hit. The price was unbelievable reasonable. Thank you again Factory House. We will be ordering it again.

I absolutely love everything about this place! The food exceeds expectations— the filet mignon is like heaven, and the mushroom burger is incredibly delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Definitely my favorite spot!

A small group of us stopped in for lunch. The food was fantastic, the service was good. The burgers and fries were very good. The place got busy fairly quickly after we arrived, but it is pretty large inside. There.is plenty of parking and it is easily accessible from Tecumseh.

Definitely the best burger I've had. Servers were friendly and attentive. Place was very clean. Prices are high but where isn't anymore. Definitely will be going back. Edit - have been back several times now and haven't been disappointed except for one occasion where everything went wrong. Fries tasted like the fryer needed a clean and burger wasn smashed and i was burnt. Every other time though 5 stars.

Just want to thank Factory House for working with us to host an event last night. They let us have our own live music and our waitress was exceptional. Great food and great vibes! We will definitely be returning! Thanks so much!

Love the casual ambience and their menu! My 2 daughters and I ordered the grilled salmon, grilled chicken and chicken pita on naan bread...and calamari for an app...all were excellent! We will definitely return. Highly recommend this restaurant! Oct 20/24...Another wonderful dinner here. They changed their interior...one side is a sports bar and the other side is more like the dining side...but still their fantastic food! My daughter and I shared a chicken stir fry bowl and chicken quesadillas... we would def order those dishes again!!! April 23, 2025...had a wonderful lunch here with my 2 adult daughters. We loved our meals! I had the Greek Salad with crispy chicken, my one daughter had the chicken stir-fry bowl, and my other daughter had the chicken pita wrap with Caesar Salad...all were excellent! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

My son and I had the smash burger. I know it's nothing special because there sold all over the place. But the burger and fries were delicious and service was fast. Looking forward to going back
